What amazing day we had at the Family Fun Easter Day in Ridley Park on 9th April. The sun was shining and it was a fantastic atmosphere, with families and children kids having a really fun day out. A MASSIVE Thank You to Ellen’s Angels Volunteers who manned Ellen’s Gift of Hope stand, we couldn’t have done it without their generosity to help not only on the day but in the weeks running up to it. It was all hands to the deck as our stand was super busy all day!
Special thanks to Karen who wore her Big Bunny costume ALL DAY despite the heat….the kids loved her!
Thank you also to the members of the public who got involved with the raffle, tombola and our guessing games. The total raised was a staggering £865, which is an amazing result for our first outdoor public event.
