We had an amazing evening with the Ladies Fellowship of St Bede’s Church, Newsham in Blyth, who presented us with a whopping cheque for £1300 for Ellen’s Gift of Hope Charity.
A quiz night, PPE masks and a Diary Dates lottery were amongst their activities to fundraise during the last 2 years. A wine and cheese evening was hosted by Father Ian Flintoft at the vicarage on February 7th 2022, where the cheque was presented.
Thank you so much to all the people who worked so hard and to those who attended events and donated. Margaret Garnett, Kathleen Kiely, Joan Beavis, Pam Snaith are just some of the wonderful Ladies Fellowship we would like to thank. WELL DONE LADIES! These funds will help a lot of families caring for disabled children and those with life limiting conditions in Northumberland, Newcastle and North Tyneside.
